About the Role
The Project Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Key Stones' growth by securing large-scale supply contracts for luxury apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients including developers and main contractors.
- Present our premium imported stone and tile collections to project stakeholders.
- Negotiate large-volume contracts and oversee the fulfillment pipeline.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key architectural firms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong network with contractors and real estate developers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
